Osler is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of outsourcing and information technology to join the Toronto office. Although our ideal candidate is located in Toronto, we will also consider applications from individuals willing to work from our Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary or Vancouver office. All applicants must be members in good standing with their respective Law Society. Please clearly indicate which office you are applying to on your application.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant practice experience in the area of outsourcing and information technology
• An interest in working with technology start-ups and market leaders
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Some experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
