Our tax litigation practice is growing! If you have 2 to 4 years of experience in tax practice (not necessarily tax litigation) and are looking to be part of a dynamic, growing team, join Osler’s premiere tax litigation and dispute resolution practice in Toronto or Calgary.

Be part of the team that has successfully litigated a number of landmark tax decisions before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Tax Court of Canada. As an associate in this area, you will have significant responsibility while working on challenging and interesting tax cases as part of a collegial group of accomplished tax practitioners. You will be involved in all types of tax disputes, including audits, objections and litigation at all levels of court. Your cases will deal with cutting edge tax issues in a diverse range of areas, including transfer pricing, corporate reorganizations and financing structures.
