Miller Thomson LLP’s Tax Group continues to enjoy a growing and thriving practice and we are seeking an energetic, team-oriented and entrepreneurial associate to join our team.

Miller Thomson LLP serves a broad range of business clients including owner-managed businesses and large and small public companies. Our Tax Group advises regularly on corporate restructuring and on commercial, corporate, real estate and securities transactions. We also represent clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and in filing voluntary disclosures, fairness applications and remission orders.

The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and will have practiced for 2 to 6 years in the areas of both corporate and commodity tax. Practice experience in commodity tax is particularly desirable. The ideal candidate will also have completed Parts I and II of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course or the CBA Tax Law for Lawyers.
