Tax Associate

ATX Law is an innovative tax litigation law firm.  We are interested in adding an associate with tax litigation experience that is smart, independent and tech-savvy.  We practice in a Midtown Toronto bricks-and-mortar office space.  However, we are dedicated to building a team based on talent not geography and, therefore, we will consider strong candidates living across Canada that are interested in working remotely.

Skills & Experience

• Tax Court of Canada clerks or tax litigation associates with 1 to 5 years of experience
• Strong tax research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong interest and comfort using new technology
• CICA In-Depth Course, Tax Court experience (as counsel or Tax Court clerk), accounting, math or computer programming backgrounds are desirable
