The tax team of our Toronto office advises on a full suite of domestic, international and multi-jurisdictional tax matters including private and public debt and equity financings, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, investment funds and structured finance. Demands on our services have created the need for a mid-level associate to join our Toronto office, where there are significant opportunities for development and career advancement.

Skills and Experience Required

The successful candidate will have:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant, private practice post-call experience;
• excellent academics; and
• commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to practice.
