Senior Legal Counsel (In-House)

Our client, a major real estate developer, investor, and asset manager, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its exceptional team in Toronto. This exciting company has extensive developments in Canada and the US, and a thriving asset management business with over $20B AUM across its group of publicly listed companies and successful partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ corporate finance, corporate/securities, M&A, and corporate governance experience from a major law firm and/or in-house role, and experience in private investment funds and asset management will be considered assets.

This position reports to the General Counsel and will be working closely with a team of dynamic business leaders.
