Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Real Estate

Our client, a successful real estate development, investment and asset management company, is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join its team. This position reports to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate and condo development experience. Responsibilities will include assisting and supporting the Company’s development teams (ie. planning and re-zoning, condominium processes, municipal processes, permitting, condominium sales and marketing material, condo registration and closing processes, Tarion, purchase and sale agreements, etc.), and assisting and liaising with external counsel on various transactions and matters (ie. financings, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate maintenance, HR, compliance, etc.).
