Rubin Thomlinson LLP

Rubin Thomlinson was founded with the goal of giving employers the support they need to respond to legal issues practically and effectively; to develop preventative strategies to help minimize problems in the first place; and to help employees navigate the employment law issues they encounter as they progress through their careers. Our clients are both employers and employees from across the GTA and Ontario. This makes us better lawyers because we are able to understand all of the issues that arise in the workplace. Twelve years later, that’s still our goal and what continues to motivate us. As Toronto’s leading employment law firm, we are home to a group of highly experienced lawyers who are dedicated to finding optimal legal solutions to your challenging workplace issues. Toronto employment lawyers and founding partners of the firm, Janice Rubin and Christine Thomlinson, are also frequently engaged to solve ongoing disputes in workplaces across Canada as third party neutrals, either as workplace investigators or mediators.
