Dooley Lucenti LLP is looking for a talented and enthusiastic lawyer to join our real estate/corporate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate, real estate law practice and/or wills and estate planning.

As a member of the team, you will work in all matters involving corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, and wills and estates administration. The ideal candidate should have :

· Experience handling commercial and residential real estate files from beginning to end;

· Experience drafting corporate agreements such as: shareholder agreements, incorporations, amalgamations, share purchase agreements.

· Excellent research and drafting skills;

· Strong communication and negotiation skills
