Partner, Commercial Lit (Construction)

POSITION: To be team leader of a vibrant litigation group representing a wide array of clients including owner operated as well as large institutional companies. Step into the shoes of a departing partner, and help manage her clients and the team.

TERM: Permanent position.

CANDIDATE: You have in depth commercial litigation experience including construction law and partnership disputes. You can manage client relationships, and you’ve managed people. A part portable practice is an asset.

ORGANIZATION: A mid-sized top tier firm, different from the pack. It’s a booming firm – “best year ever,” with lots of creative and collaborative client marketing, cross-referrals, and community outreach. Sufficient infra-structure, both juniors and experts, to satisfy your needs. It’s an informal, team culture, which is lateral-hire friendly.
