With expanding offices and a continued reputation as a leading business law
boutique, MGBW is seeking to add two lawyers to their well-respected team in
the following areas:
Real Estate/Condominium Lawyer – 4-6 years
The successful candidate will work on various real estate and development
matters including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property, land
development deals including condominium and subdivision work, as well as
financings.
Junior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer – 2-4 years
The successful candidate will work on a variety of transactions and commercial
work including mergers and acquisitions, technology related issues, corporate
reorganizations and amalgamations, joint ventures and other strategic
partnerships, equity and debt financing and corporate governance matters.
The ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial and client-focused approach
to the practice of law. The firm offers the mentorship of experienced
