McCague Borlack is seeking to add talented litigators to its team as follows:

• Ottawa – 5 to 10 years of experience
• Toronto – 3 to 5 years of experience

All candidates must have backgrounds in accident benefits and insurance defence matters and strong advocacy and negotiation skills. Candidates should have significant experience representing clients before various levels of court, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service.

The firm’s clientele includes major multi-line insurers, niche insurers, brokers, independent adjusters and third-party administrators.  The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and collaborative group and have the opportunity to work closely with leading clients in the insurance industry on litigation and risk management matters. The firm offers an extremely competitive compensation package and incentives for those candidates needing to relocate to Ottawa.
