We are currently recruiting for a mid-level Litigation lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of litigation experience in an intellectual property setting. Qualification as a patent/trademark agent is an asset but not required.

The position will involve the preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery and trial related documents of all types, as well as attendance before the Ontario & Federal Courts.

The position has competitive compensation and benefits, continuing education and a mentoring program.
