Ross Barristers is a dynamic and growing boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto. Our practice areas include corporate-commercial litigation, solicitors’ negligence, real property litigation, construction litigation, and estates litigation. We serve a diverse range of clientele from small to mid-size businesses and individuals.
We are seeking a talented and passionate lawyer to join our litigation team. The associate will hit the ground running with client intake, document and fact gathering, court appearances, discoveries, mediations, pre-trials and drafting. The associate will be expected and encouraged to engage in firm enhancement activities such as writing and speaking engagements, regular contact with clients and business development initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years experience. The successful candidate will exhibit the following competencies:
