Orr Taylor LLP is a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto litigating Canada’s most significant class actions and complex commercial litigation. We take pride in tackling challenging, high-stakes litigation concerning issues that matter to Canadian citizens, consumers, and businesses.

To help us grow, we are seeking a first- through fifth-year associate with a background or demonstrated interest in class actions, commercial litigation, competition law, and/or cross-border litigation. Successful candidates will have a record of academic excellence and strong research, writing, organizational, and communication skills. Clerkship experience and admission to practice in both Ontario and the United States are considered assets.
