Groia & Company Professional Corporation, a litigation boutique with a focus on securities and commercial law, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience with a strong interest in securities, corporate and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a desire to work as part of a dynamic and creative team in providing top-quality assistance and advice on a wide variety of civil, regulatory and class-action litigation matters. The candidate must have been called to the Ontario bar.
