Groia & Company Professional Corporation, a litigation boutique with a focus on securities and commercial law, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 0-2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong interest in securities, corporate and commercial litigation
• Possess a desire to work as part of a dynamic and creative team in providing top-quality assistance and advice on a wide variety of civil, regulatory and class-action litigation matters
• Must have been called to the Ontario Bar
