Legal Counsel – Technology, 4-6 Years

ALT Recruitment Partners is working on an exclusive search with an established technology company looking to grow its Toronto-based legal team by adding legal counsel with 4-6 years of experience. The key to success in this role is the ability to juggle multiple priorities and time zones, work well in a team environment, and work with senior members of the sales and executive teams. Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts from an in-house or private practice role.
