LINE Financial is seeking to add a lawyer as Legal Counsel. Working alongside the General Counsel, this newly created role will support the Company on all legal matters with a variety of responsibilities including alternative financing, deal structuring, workouts, instructing and working with outside counsel, and involvement in business strategy and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in broad based corporate commercial law and basic financing gained at a law firm and/or in-house counsel position and be a practical thinker with strong communication skills.  This is an ideal role for a business minded motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is energized by working with a growing company.
