Legal Counsel, Corporate Commercial

Our client, a growing international manufacturer, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of corporate/commercial experience gained either in-house or at a top-tier law firm. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company.

Responsibilities will include a wide variety of interesting matters, including commercial, corporate, regulatory compliance, litigation and risk management. You will work both independently, and part of a team alongside great colleagues in a fast-paced environment.  Some travel may be required. The successful candidate must be a motivated and disciplined self-starter, team player, have good written and verbal communicating skills, strong interpersonal skills, good judgement and a practical approach to providing solutions.
