Beard Winter LLP’s Insurance Litigation group acts on behalf of local, national and global insurers, delivering client-focused advocacy solutions over a wide array of specialty practice areas.

We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our insurance defence team. The successful candidate will have three to eight years of insurance defence litigation experience and will be given the opportunity to handle their own files as well as assist senior lawyers within a wide range of insurance defence matters, including property/casualty, CGL, and professional liability matters.
