Opportunity for a 3 year+ Associate Labour & Employment Lawyer in Calgary

Mathews Dinsdale, Canada’s only coast-to-coast management-side labour and employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Labour and Employment Law associate to join our Calgary team. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience advising management-side clients on a broad range of workplace law matters. Experience in employment litigation, Labour Relations Board and arbitration proceedings, Occupational Health and Safety prosecutions, Ministry of Labour complaints, Human Rights matters, reviewing and revising employment-related agreements/policies/procedures and advising clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues will be relevant to the role. The preferred candidate will have strong academic qualifications, be thoroughly knowledgeable of employment-related legislation, and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant labour and employment law experience.
