KMB Law (Keyser Mason Ball, LLP.) seeks a skilled Labour & Employment lawyer with at least 2 years of experience, focusing on management-side labour law and assisting with non-union matters.  We assist employers with collective agreement bargaining and administration, construction labour relations, OLRB and CIRB proceedings, MOL investigations, grievance and interest arbitration, human rights and accommodation, litigation, discipline and termination, union certification and decertification, and strike/lock-out preparation. Strong research skills are an asset.  The candidate is expected to be confident and experienced with the proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
