Labour/Employment Lawyer

Keyser Mason Ball, LLP seeks a skilled Employment & Labour Law lawyer with 5+ years of experience to assume an existing client base, and foster and develop new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of management-side labour and employment law matters, including employment litigation, Labour Relations Board and arbitration proceedings, Occupational Health and Safety prosecutions, Ministry of Labour complaints, Human Rights matters, reviewing and revising employment-related agreements/policies/procedures, working on the employment/labour law elements of corporate transactions, and advising clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues.

The candidate is expected to be confident and experienced with the proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The individual must maintain strong client relationships, and provide sound business advice to clients and senior partners on employment and labour issues.
