Our client, a national firm, is recognized for the quality of its services in all areas of law, including Labour & employment law.
To continue to meet the needs of its clients, this firm is interested in looking at labour & employment candidates. In this position, you will get the chance to work on major cases involving both collective and individual labour relations as well as making representations before administrative and judicial tribunals. You will have the opportunity to advise employers on various matters, including non-competition clauses, grievances, interpretation of collective agreements, dismissal and absenteeism, as well as contribute to the establishment of various internal policies.
You have 5 to 7 years of experience in labour and employment law and are noted for the quality of your legal reasoning. You are able to work in both French and English, are called to the Ontario bar and have experienced with a reputable law firm.
