ALT has been engaged by a prominent labour and employment boutique located in the heart of downtown Toronto. This law firm seeks to add a mid-level associate to its cohesive team and provides an opportunity to have autonomy over your files, be entrepreneurial in your practice, and train amongst top practitioners in the field. Applicants must have at least 2 years of post-call experience in labour and/or employment law, and ideally a mixed practice that encompasses all aspects of employer-side employment and labour law including wrongful dismissals, labour hearings, executive compensation, human rights, collective bargaining, workplace investigations and employment contracts.
