Labour & Employment Associate

Miller Thomson LLP is seeking an energetic and highly motivated associate to join its Toronto Labour and Employment Group.

Our Labour and Employment Group advises management in all aspects of labour relations and employment law including employment standards, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations, labour board proceedings, human rights, occupational health and safety, workplace safety and insurance, as well as labour relations and employment law issues that arise in corporate transactions.

Successful candidates for this position will have 2 to 5 years of labour relations and employment law experience with excellent technical, negotiating and drafting skills; strong advocacy skills; and proven client relationship management experience.
