Labour and Employment Lawyer

We advise and represent employers, including many well known corporations, local businesses and public institutions, on every aspect of workplace law. This includes labour relations, wrongful dismissal and other employment litigation, pension, benefits and executive compensation, education law, workplace safety and insurance, human rights, health and safety, pay equity, and information, data security and privacy.

We are currently seeking an associate with demonstrated labour and employment advocacy experience to join our Toronto office.

The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and an ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment. He or she must have exceptional practice management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a client service orientation. Sound judgment, strong oral and written communication skills and excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills are required in this role.
