Junior Commercial Litigation Lawyer

We are a boutique commercial litigation firm located in the Bay Street core in downtown Toronto. We are looking for a full time Associate lawyer with 1-3 years’ experience in commercial litigation to assist the partners with commercial litigation matters of varying complexity. You will be working both independently and as part of a team and will be in direct contact with clients.

The successful candidate will have:

1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation;
have appeared at contested hearings at the Superior Court level or equivalent;
have excellent academic credentials;
be able to work under pressure and within tight time deadlines;
be willing and able to work well as part of a team;
be detail oriented and able to work independently;
have excellent written and oral communication skills; and
be qualified to practice law in Ontario.
