Intermediate to Senior Litigation Lawyer

Whaley Estate Litigation Partners is a mid-Toronto based Trusts and Estates boutique litigation firm.  We offer clients expertise in the resolution of estate-related disputes and mediation throughout Ontario.  Our team boasts highly experienced skilled professionals, and we enjoy a beautiful office environment.

 

We are looking to add to the Firm’s existing expertise with the addition of an Intermediate to Senior Litigation Lawyer.

 

The position would be suitable for a lawyer with 3+ years’ litigation experience and a strong desire to work in a responsible position at a successful estate litigation firm.

 

Required Skills: The Litigation Lawyer must be capable of working independently with carriage of files; able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete on schedule. He/She must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The Litigation Lawyer is responsible for initiating and/or defending proceedings; maintaining complete carriage of litigation matters files from start to finish. The Litigation Lawyer will also be responsible for client relations, including meetings, advising taking instruction, reporting and/or responding to inquiries.

 

Mandatory: Membership in the Law Society of Ontario.
