Insurance Defence Litigation Associate (2-5 years)

We are currently recruiting for an associate with 2 to 5 years’ experience. The position will involve the defence of complex personal injury claims, property damage litigation, occupiers’ liability claims, product liability claims, significant exposure to defending sexual abuse claims and class action litigation. Prior independent handling of files involving subrogated claims would also be an asset.

Successful candidates must have superior writing and organizational abilities with the right balance of advocacy, legal and interpersonal skills.
