Insurance Defence Lawyer, 1 – 7 years

Beard Winter LLP is a multi-service, mid-sized downtown Toronto law firm that has been servicing both individual and institutional clients since 1964. We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious lawyer — ideally with 1 to 7 years of insurance defence litigation experience – to handle files and assist senior lawyers within a wide range of insurance defence areas, including property/casualty, CGL, and professional liability.  Specific experience dealing with first party disputes would be an asset.
