Miller Thomson LLP, one of Canada’s largest national law firms, is seeking an associate to join our Southwestern Ontario Insurance Defence Team in the London office.

Our Southwestern Ontario Insurance Team is one of the largest in the region and is part of our National Insurance Law Practice Group. We offer a full range of services to insurers and re-insurers, as well as self-administering deductible programs. Our focus is the delivery of excellent client service in a collegial team environment. Your role will be to support our partners and clients in the delivery of litigation, dispute resolution and opinion matters.

The successful candidate will have between two to four years’ experience with life, disability, tort and accident benefits claims; technical, problem solving, negotiation and drafting skills; strong advocacy skills; and proven client and practice management skills.
