We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and business-minded lawyer to move into an in-house role with a close-knit team in downtown Toronto. This role will involve interesting and varied work including policy, research, and corporate secretarial matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a background in business, finance or accounting would be preferred. Familiarity with corporate governance practices would be an asset. This is a great opportunity for a corporate, securities, banking, or tax lawyer interested in making the transition to a quasi-legal/policy role.
