In House Counsel – Toronto

Our client, a prominent construction company, is seeking an in house counsel to join its legal team in Toronto. This position will support a major infrastructure project scheduled to be completed in 2015. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in construction law, including litigation management, pre-litigation claims preparation and resolution, contract review and negotiation, leasing and licensing, labour and employment, insurance, and health and safety law. A candidate with experience working with another prominent construction company will be preferred.
