In House Counsel

Our client, a well-established company in the insurance industry, is seeking to add a lawyer with at least 2 years of post-call experience to its team as In House Counsel (Claims). The ideal candidate will have experience with construction law, insurance and/or surety matters, and will be advising across the full lifecycle of complex claims including conducting investigations, completing coverage assessments, and negotiating settlements.
