Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a business-minded corporate/commercial lawyer to join their team in the GTA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience with complex commercial and procurement matters and a strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk matters. While not required, prior experience working with global teams would be an asset.
