In-House: Commercial Real Estate Lawyer

Our client, one of Canada’s largest real estate developers and landlords, is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join their team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will assist with complex transactions including the negotiation, drafting and review of purchase and sale, financing and lease agreements as well as advise on property management

and land development. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of post-call commercial real estate experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
