Dooley Lucenti LLP has an immediate opening for an experienced lawyer on its family law team. The candidate will be stepping into an existing practice, with an opportunity for significant future growth potential as part of the firm’s succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of practice experience with a focus on family and civil litigation and extensive experience in complex family property and support matters.

The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with strong research, drafting and writing skills. A good comprehension of valuation methodology, the interrelationship of corporate law with family law issues and a basic knowledge of income tax applications is an asset.
