Family Law Associate

Miller Thomson LLP is seeking an energetic, team-oriented and entrepreneurial associate to join its Kitchener-Waterloo Family Law team. Our results-oriented Family Law team has significant expertise and an in-depth understanding of a multitude of family law issues. Our lawyers cover legal procedures related to individuals, including marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, separation, marriage annulments, divorce, child custody, paternity recognition and property and trust resolution. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3 to 5 years of family law experience. Excellent technical, problem solving, oral advocacy and drafting skills, in addition to proven client management experience, are required.
