Employment and Labour Lawyer, Senior

Pallett Valo is looking for an experienced lawyer to complement our existing labour and employment practice. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience representing employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including providing human resource advice, conducting wrongful dismissal and other employment litigation, conducting workplace investigations, labour board and arbitration proceedings, and defending human rights applications, workplace safety and insurance claims and health and safety prosecutions. The preferred candidate will have a proven ability to market, grow and be a leader in this practice area.
