Employment and Labour Associate 3+ years

Camenzuli Workplace Law is a fast-growing practice which specializes in employment and labour law and acts for both employers and employees.

We are looking for a lawyer with 3+ years of experience.

This is not a ‘research-based’ position. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and be expected to independently manage their own files and clients, conduct examinations for discoveries and write pleadings, motion records, and facta. They should have experience practising in front of various levels of Court and tribunals including the HRTO, WSIB/WSIAT, and OLRB.
