Our client is seeking a Director, Legal (Funds) to join its exceptional team as they continue to grow. The Director, Legal (Funds) will play an essential role in fundraising, fund formation, marketing and other capital management-related activities, and assist with relevant deal execution. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in fundraising and investor communications on behalf of private equity funds and/or other alternative asset classes.
