Hicks Morley is Canada’s largest management-side labour and employment firm, with a practice devoted exclusively to representing management in workplace and other operational matters. Our Information, Data Security & Privacy group helps both public and private sector clients with a range of information, data security and privacy-related matters – matters such as incident response, recovering stolen information, managing Internet-related harms, access to information and privacy and anti-spam compliance.

We are currently seeking an associate with demonstrated data security and privacy experience and demonstrated litigation or advocacy experience to join our Toronto office. Incident response “coaching” experience is an asset.

The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and an ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.  The individual must have exceptional practice management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a client service orientation. Sound judgment, strong oral and written communication skills and excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills are required in this role.
