Our client, a leading Bay Street firm, is seeking a corporate M&A lawyer who is bilingual in French to join its entrepreneurial team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of extensive experience with contract drafting and negotiation, in both French and English, and be confident advising clients on private M&A transactions, including Quebec based deals. This is a great opportunity carve out a niche role with a strong team.
