Our client, a leading Bay Street firm, is seeking a corporate/commercial lawyer who is bilingual in French to join their entrepreneurial team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of extensive experience with contract drafting and negotiation and be confident advising clients on private M&A transactions. This is a great opportunity carve out a niche role with a strong team.
