Corporate Lawyer

Dooley Lucenti LLP is looking for a talented and enthusiastic lawyer to join our real estate/corporate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy corporate or real estate law practice.  We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team.

As a member of the team, you will work closely with the Partner in all matters involving corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, and wills and estates administration.   The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience handling commercial and residential real estate files from beginning to end;
• Drafting corporate agreements such as: shareholder agreements, incorporations, amalgamations, share purchase agreements.
• Excellent research and drafting skills;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
