Corporate Counsel – In House

Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking to add a corporate counsel to their team in Toronto. Reporting to the General Counsel, the ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of broad experience in corporate/commercial and mergers and acquisitions matters. Exposure to real estate and/or financial services will be considered an asset. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.
