Corporate/Commercial Lawyer – In House

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking to hire a corporate/commercial lawyer to join its team in Toronto on a renewable contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience with a broad range of corporate/commercial matters and strong contract negotiation and drafting skills. While not required, an understanding banking regulatory matters would be considered an asset.
