Garfinkle Biderman LLP is seeking a corporate and commercial lawyer with 3 plus years of experience to join our office in the heart of downtown Toronto.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in a variety of private corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Incorporations and Corporate Governance
• Reorganizations
• Asset and Share Purchase Transactions
• Financing
• Experience with Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Co-Tenancies and Joint Ventures

The successful candidate will possess a keen desire for client service and have a partial portable practice.
